Rewires: 
We rewire houses based on a fixed priced quotation agreed before work starts. Full certification of your installation and submittal to building control is included in the cost. We can arrange plastering work if required - we have many satisfied clients and can put you in direct touch with clients who have had rewiring work done on request
New Builds
We can provide quotations from architects drawings before a brick is laid and co-ordinate with builders on site to enure the smooth running of your new electrical installation from day one
Fusebox Replacements
Many houses have old style fuse boards with fiddly rewirable fuses which are not fun to rewire when your plunged into darkness. We can install a 17th edition compliant consumer unit with full RCD and MCB protection as well as the required electrical installation certifcate required by law
Testing & Inspection
We carry out Periodic Inspections and provide reports for Landlords and Businesses across North Yorkshire. For landlords we can liase directly with your tenant, go to the property, carry out the inspection and email you the report the same day. Domestic inspections are available at a fixed price. Commercial Inspections require a site visit in order for us to quote you a cost.
